November 29, 2023 — Cambridge, a leading independent financial solutions firm serving over 3,800 financial professionals across the country, is pleased to welcome Will Briggs as its newest Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources officer. In addition to leading the development, implementation, and management of Cambridge’s talent acquisition strategies, Briggs will oversee the delivery of all HR solutions to the firm, including business consultation, compensation design, associate relations, and more. He will work out of Cambridge’s Phoenix, Arizona office location.
Briggs joins Cambridge with over 20 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on initiative development and implementation leadership. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Healthcare Outcomes Performance and spent 10 years working in various executive HR roles at Western Alliance Bank. He is also active in his community and serves on various municipal and educational commissions and boards; he is currently the President of the City of Peoria Employee Benefits Trust Board. Briggs earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Brigham Young University before acquiring a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Arizona. He has previously obtained and held the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designations.
