About  Dee Morgan

Senior Vice President, Strategic Acquisitions

Dee Morgan joined Cambridge in 2023 and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his role, Morgan works alongside other senior leaders to manage Cambridge’s corporate development activities, ranging from evaluation and execution of public and private company acquisitions, asset divestitures and restructurings, minority investments, and other strategic initiatives. He also works closely with Cambridge executive team members to identify new business opportunities and develop long-term growth strategies. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Administration degree in finance from the University of North Texas.
