FAIRFIELD, IA – January 18, 2024 — Cambridge is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Goodwin to First Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Goodwin oversees Cambridge’s recruiting efforts, works with other senior leaders around the firm to develop and execute targeted growth strategies, and meets with financial professionals looking to find the right fit for their unique businesses.

Goodwin joined Cambridge in 2012 and is being elevated from his position as Vice President of the firm’s Business Development department. His prior experience includes directing the relationship management efforts involving Cambridge’s succession and acquisition solutions and serving as president and chief compliance officer at Eagle One Investments, LLC. He is an active member of the Cambridge Foundation, serving as President Elect, and holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, and 66 licenses.
