Ali Main is a student at Iowa State University with a passion for the financial services industry. Inspired by her mother’s career as a financial professional, Ali developed an early appreciation for the value of financial planning and client relationships. Prior to joining Cambridge’s The Next Step® internship, her hands-on experiences include an internship with Nationwide Insurance and participation in the Insure Your Future Program, where she engaged with leaders across Iowa’s insurance and financial landscape.
Shairvi Sardana is an emerging leader with a passion for storytelling, personal growth, and cross-cultural connection. Originally from India, Shairvi moved to the U.S. to pursue her degree and a deeper version of herself. Her journey has included studying abroad in Italy, working backstage at Milan Fashion Week, and interning with Cambridge, where she is gained her first corporate experience. At Iowa State University, she serves as treasurer of the Ivy College of Business Student Council, a peer mentor, social media manager, and a member of multiple leadership organizations.
