Megan Johnson accepted a full-time position with Primary Wealth Group in 2021 after interning with the company for several years. She maintains the Series 7, 63 & 65 registrations and was promoted to Vice President in March of 2025. In September of 2025 she became a partner in the firm. Megan has worked as her firm’s lead point of contact for the Dave Ramsey SmartVestorPro program since Spring of 2022.
Megan graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning. During her time at Texas Tech, she was a member of the Tri Delta sorority, treasurer for Phi Upsilon Omicron (a national honor society), a financial educator for Red to Black (a financial coaching program) and a member of the Personal Financial Planning Association (PFPA). Megan is from Argyle, Texas and currently resides in Flower Mound with her husband, Garrett.
