(“Cambridge”) is proud to announce that advisors Greg Raines, Lisa Sappenfield Boyer, and Mike Quirk, along with associates Ali Den Hartog and Stacey McReynolds, have been named 2026 Spirit of Cambridge Award honorees. Each year, Cambridge associates vote to select three advisors and two associates who exemplify the values, service, and people-first spirit Cambridge is known for. In recognition of each honoree’s impact on the Cambridge community, the firm also makes a donation on their behalf to a charity of their choice.
Financial Professional Recipients
Greg Raines is CEO of TAG Advisors1, based in Glen Allen, Virginia. With more than 40 years of leadership experience in financial services, Raines leads the firm’s vision and strategy with a continued focus on improving the support and resources available to its advisors. Under his leadership, TAG has grown to more than 450 financial professionals who oversee more than $21 billion in assets. Affiliated with Cambridge for 15 years, Raines chose the Matt Eggar Memorial Scholarship for his Spirt of Cambridge donation. Established in memory of Matt Eggar, a former OSJ at TAG Advisors, the program awards two $2,500 scholarships annually to students or young professionals pursuing careers in financial services.
Lisa Sappenfield Boyer is the Founder of Boyer and Sappenfield Investment Advisors2, with multiple office locations in Illinois. She established the firm in 1984 and has spent more than four decades helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate complex financial decisions. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Investment Advisor Representative, she specializes in comprehensive financial planning, retirement income strategies, and business owner exit planning. Sappenfield Boyer joined Cambridge in 2016 and chose to direct her Spirit of Cambridge donation to the Arcola Community Organization, a charitable organization in Arcola, Illinois that supports and promotes the arts, culture, and humanities for local residents.
Mike Quirk is an Owner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Strategic Financial Services3 in Norwell, Massachusetts. Affiliated with Cambridge for more than 14 years, he joined Strategic Financial in 2012 to partner with his wife, Regina, and today oversees the firm’s financial health. As the firm’s OSJ, he also ensures its advisors and administrative staff meet regulatory requirements. For his Spirit of Cambridge donation, Quirk selected the Jared Lewis Quirk Good Guy Scholarship, a program established by his firm to honor the memory of his late son, Jared. The scholarship is awarded annually to graduating seniors in the firm’s local community who exemplify the qualities of a supportive friend and an all-around "good guy.”
Associate Recipients
Ali Den Hartog is a Practice Management Senior Liaison who has been with Cambridge for more than 14 years. In her role, she helps advance the firm’s Practice Management initiatives and works directly with advisors as a strategic coach through Cambridge’s Real Practice Management (RPM) program. A longtime contributor to Cambridge’s Community of Women (CCW), Den Hartog selected the Central College Journey Scholarship Fund for her Spirit of Cambridge donation. The scholarship program helps provide Central College students with financial support to pursue educational opportunities.
Stacey McReynolds joined Cambridge in 2012 and serves as a Senior Product Owner. As a member of the firm’s Service Experience department, she helps lead initiatives focused on data quality, operational excellence, and enhancing the associate and advisor experience. A former member of Community Engagement Committee, McReynolds selected the Southeast Iowa Flaming Marshmallows Special Olympics Team for her Spirit of Cambridge donation. The team supports athletes from counties across Southeast Iowa and competes in a variety of sports, including softball, football, bowling, basketball, cheerleading, soccer, and more.

The Spirit of Cambridge Awards are given annually to independent advisors and associates who are dedicated to service while reflecting Cambridge’s core values of integrity, commitment, flexibility, and kindness. Each year, Cambridge associates select three advisors and two associates from a pool of outstanding candidates who have been affiliated with Cambridge for at least 10 years.
