As the Founder and President of Voice Wealth Management (Voice), Russell helps clients make prudent financial decisions regarding spending, saving, investing, and planning while giving a voice to their financial priorities and experiences. Russell founded Voice in 2013 and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter designation in 2007 and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2016. He’s also a member of the Financial Planning Association, Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Divorce Professionals.
Russell is heavily involved in family and community endeavors. He’s a member of the board of directors for Y-Apply, Inc., an ambassador, and the Entrepreneurship Council Chair of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Russell enjoys coaching his son’s little league team and organizing community events at his children’s school. During his free time, Russell likes to play softball, poker, and golf.

Brenda Hird joined Cambridge in 2017 with a background and experience in sales and customer service. Additionally, she brought her leadership skills as a Sales Coach and Curriculum Design & Development Manager. During her time at Cambridge, she has expanded her knowledge to include new account set up processing, maintenance, transfers and Envestnet processing. She excels at discovering procedural advances that will bring better efficiency to the day and a more proficient way of getting there.
