FAIRFIELD, IA ­­­– September 6, 2023 — Cambridge is pleased to announce that Daniel Gill has joined the firm as First Vice President, Business Agility and Product Transformation. In this role, Gill will leverage his experience in product development and software engineering to support Cambridge’s technology and business agility initiatives, and will contribute to the firm’s strategic goals alongside other members of the senior leadership team.

Gill joins Cambridge with over 20 years of experience in product development and engineering, and has spent much of his career building technology systems for large-scale organizations. Previously, he held leadership roles at Optum, 3M, and Target, where he led engineering, transformation, and product development efforts. Additionally, he has consulted with various companies in areas such as product development, training/continuous improvement, and story mapping.

Gill began his career in the financial services industry as a software engineer. He studied Computer Science at Utah State University.
