First Vice President, Relationship Management
Brian Reid joined Cambridge in 2009 and has more than 15 years of experience in financial services and leadership development. In his role, he leads the firm’s relationship management initiatives, with a focus on enhancing financial professional satisfaction, retention, and growth. Reid previously spent 15 years with Cambridge’s Practice Management team, where he introduced new solutions to support financial professional growth, established the Synergy Exchange mentoring initiative, and led the expansion of the firm’s Real Practice Management (RPM) advisor coaching program. Outside of his daily responsibilities, Reid is a co-chair of Cambridge’s New Century Council (NCC), holds the Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC) and certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt designations, and completed Cambridge’s Continuous Improvement Embedded Leaders program. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from AIB College of Business and holds the FINRA Series 7 license.
