Episode 174: The Value of Trust

Kelly Hoff of Hoff Financial Services

“Part of our mission is to educate, enhance, and empower those we come in contact with. We want our clients to leave our office better than when they came in.”

What started as a passion for helping her neighbors has since turned into a successful career for Kelly Hoff. Kelly’s journey in financial services began at her kitchen table when she founded Hoff Financial Services in 1994. With a desire to provide affordable accounting services to farmers and small business owners, she began meeting with just a handful of clients. Kelly quickly outgrew her kitchen table when her team expanded and added four employees. Now, Kelly’s team serves over 70 bookkeeping and payroll clients, 300 investment clients, and over 1,000 tax returns. As someone with small town roots, Kelly leverages the skills she learns while helping manage her family’s fourth-generation farm to continue best serving her financial planning and tax clients.
