About Morae Metcalf

Morae Metcalf joined Cambridge in 2011 and has nearly 15 years of experience in financial services and human resources. In her role, she leads Cambridge’s Human Resources Team, working with members of the department to develop and implement initiatives in the areas of talent acquisition, training and development, total rewards, employee engagement, performance management, and more. Metcalf serves as a co-chair on Cambridge’s Associate Engagement Leadership Committee, holds a membership with the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a graduate of Cambridge’s Aspiring Leaders and Continuous Improvement Embedded Leaders programs. In 2024, Metcalf was named an InvestmentNews Rising Star. She has earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designations, holds the Series 7 license, and is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC). Metcalf graduated from Coe College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

About Whitney Pacha

Whitney Pacha joined Cambridge in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in graphic design, videography, website development, and photography. She has contributed to numerous national advertising campaigns and the development of hundreds of pieces of marketing collateral for Cambridge as well as transitioning and existing independent financial professionals. Additionally, Pacha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic communications from the University of Northern Iowa. In 2024, Pacha was named an InvestmentNews Rising Star. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, is a graduate of Cambridge’s Continuous Improvement Embedded Leaders Program and holds the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation. She is a co-chair with the Cambridge Community of Women (CCW), a growing network of women advisors and associates who work toward creating greater gender inclusivity in the financial services industry.
