Vest joined Cambridge in 2018 following more than 23 years at Principal Financial Group, where she served in a wide variety of roles, including relationship management, product development, and marketing. In her role at Cambridge, she collaborates with teams across the firm to shape key client-centric strategies and deliver exceptional advisor and associate experiences. In addition to her day-to-day functions, she is a co-host of Cambridge’s Let’s Talk podcast and a co-founder of Lead From Intention, a developmental coaching program designed to support women in their journey to becoming authentic leaders.

Now in its ninth year, the Women to Watch awards program honors women across the financial services industry who are making an impact on their firm, their communities, and the profession as a whole. The ‘Allyship Champion of the Year’ is one of seven individual-focused award categories that received a record number of nominations from leaders across the industry who have dedicated their careers to empowering women to achieve excellence.
