Episode 104: Elevating Success

Steve James of Summit Financial Solutions

Steve James, managing director of Summit Financial Solutions in Arizona, earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, and joined Cambridge in 2004. In 2019, he was one of three Spirit of Cambridge honorees announced at Cambridge’s annual national conference, Ignite. Steve finds that elevating other financial professionals’ success is one of the most rewarding aspects of his career, and that life is too short to work with people you don’t enjoy. Outside of work, you can find Steve in the mountains or by the ocean. He loves spending time with his wife and two children outdoors, whether that be hiking, skiing, or anything else in nature. When in Arizona, he recommends skiing or snowboarding at Sunrise Mountain or the Arizona Snowbowl. https://www.summitfinancialsolutions.com/
