Ryan Boen joined Cambridge in 2024 with nearly 20 years of experience in financial leadership positions. In his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Boen manages the firm’s financial and fiscal management operations while collaborating with other members of the firm’s executive and senior leadership teams to develop strategic business planning and forecasting initiatives. He has served in CFO roles at EML Payments, a global publicly traded fintech company, Seaboard Triumph Foods, a large food manufacturer, and Hudl, a global SaaS sports company. Boen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with diverse experience ranging from Big 4 public accounting at Deloitte to Fortune 1,000 and 500, mid-market, and startup companies. Boen has earned master’s degrees from Creighton University (Master of Business Administration) and the University of South Dakota (Master of Professional Accountancy), as well as a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota (Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting).
