Cambridge Appoints Colleen Bell, Jeff Vivacqua, and Seth Miller to Divisional President Roles

Promotions are designed to support the firm’s recent realignment of business functions

FAIRFIELD, IA – September 6, 2022 – As announced on August 15, Cambridge recently realigned its business functions and created an ‘Office of the CEO.’ To lead the Office’s three divisions, the firm promoted Colleen Bell, Jeff Vivacqua, and Seth Miller from their executive vice president roles to new president positions. Bell will lead the Innovation and Experience division, while Vivacqua and Miller will head the Growth and Development, and Advocacy and Administration divisions, respectively.

“As we continue to navigate an evolving landscape and prepare for the many opportunities that lie ahead, it’s important that we provide Cambridge with a leadership structure that most accurately reflects our key business functions,” said Cambridge CEO, Amy Webber. “Colleen, Jeff, and Seth are among our most experienced leaders who have continuously proven their dedication to our firm and the financial professionals we serve. I believe this new structure will be instrumental in fulfilling our purpose and paving the way to a path of continued success.”

Bell, Vivacqua, and Miller have been part of the firm’s leadership team for over a decade, each bringing years of experience in the financial services industry. Below is a look at each divisional president and the functional areas they will lead.

In her new role, Bell will focus on driving associate engagement and financial professional satisfaction, while advancing and discovering new ways to meet ongoing needs. Bell has oversight of a number of Cambridge’s service teams, including Products and Technology Solutions, Strategic Planning and Innovation, Service Experience and Specialized Service Teams, Executive Administration, and Internal and External Education.

“We will continue a collaborative approach to innovation and leverage insights to understand every interaction to ultimately anticipate both the needs of our financial professionals as well as our associates.” Bell said. “We remain committed to investing in the future by fostering a culture of innovation to deliver industry leading solutions to attract new talent and the next generation of clients. I’m excited for what’s next in our ongoing transformation.”

Prior to her current role as president, she served as Cambridge’s executive vice president, operations and chief fiduciary service officer. Bell is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Council. She joined Cambridge in 2006 following her experience as a securities examiner for the Securities and Exchange Commission. She was previously selected as a member of the IA 25 by Investment Advisor magazine and previously named by Investment News as a Women to Watch honoree. “Cambridge's growth and development choices are closely aligned with the needs of our financial professionals, and I look forward to leading our business models into the future,” Vivacqua said.
