Cambridge Announces Nick Graham as New Member of its Board of Directors

Cambridge’s chief technology officer, Nick Graham, has been named an Executive Vice President and new member of Cambridge’s board of directors.

Cambridge’s chief technology officer, Nick Graham, has been named an Executive Vice President and new member of Cambridge’s board of directors. Graham joins existing executive committee members and board of directors: Eric Schwartz, Executive Chairman; Amy Webber, President and CEO; Dan Sullivan, Executive Vice President; Colleen Bell, EVP and Chief Fiduciary Services Officer; Rick Boyles, EVP and Chief Financial Officer; Seth Miller, EVP and Chief Risk Officer; Kyle Selberg, EVP and Chief Business Development Officer; and Jeff Vivacqua, EVP and Chief Marketing Officer. Graham’s appointment to the board is based on his shared long term commitment to Cambridge’s purpose of making a difference in the lives of its financial professionals, their clients, and its associates, as well as the firm’s core values of integrity, commitment, flexibility, and kindness. Together, Cambridge’s board of directors embodies Cambridge’s spirit of partnership with financial professionals and demonstrates focused collaboration to incorporate the advisor voice in all that they do. Equally important, they are dedicated to preserving Cambridge’s independence and private control for generations to come.

Graham joined Cambridge as CTO in 2017 and has been serving on Cambridge’s Executive Council since January, 2019, and will continue his existing responsibilities in addition to his role as a member of the board of directors. He brings over 25 years of experience in product development, consulting services, and business development across a variety of markets, including the financial services industry. Graham leads one of the most innovative advisor workstations in the industry, featuring advisor-friendly technology that is customizable for the broadest range of independent business models across advisor business channels. Graham is accountable for the comprehensive technology experience for advisors and their clients, and holds a collaborative leadership role in the development and support of WealthPort®, Cambridge’s comprehensive managed account experience. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University.
