Commitment to Inclusion

About Cambridge

Our Commitment
to Inclusion

More than 40 years ago1, Cambridge Founder and Executive Chairman Eric Schwartz sought to build something wonderful. To him, “Something Wonderful” meant a company that treated people well and made a difference. These founding principles remain integral to Cambridge’s identity today, reinforced by our core values of integrity, commitment, flexibility, and kindness. Our collective purpose and values continue to make a difference and are the basis for how we treat one another.

Today, Cambridge is home to almost 4,000 financial professionals and their teams, and more than 900 home office associates. Each member of the Cambridge community brings with them varied experiences, perspectives, and ideas. Through our commitment to inclusion, we can make better decisions and drive innovation today and for years to come.
