FAIRFIELD, IA – February 7, 2024 — Cambridge, a leading independent financial solutions firm, has hired Greg Monaco as Regional Vice President, Business Development. Among his responsibilities, Monaco will oversee the firm’s West Coast recruiting activity, work alongside other department leaders to develop and evaluate transition packages, and partner with enterprises and branch builders to support their recruiting efforts. He will also help mentor the department’s Regional Directors and Associate Directors.

Monaco brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and consulting. He joins Cambridge after spending over ten years with Commonwealth Financial Network and Integrated Equity Management. Monaco was responsible for cultivating and fostering relationships across the organizations and focused on executing he firm’s advisor-focused recruiting strategies. Other previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Mid Atlantic Capital Group and Regional Director at First Allied Securities. Monaco graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. He holds the FINRA Series 6, 7, and 65.
