The Top Workplace in Iowa recognition is determined by associate feedback through an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, an independent research company. Cambridge was recognized in the financial services industry category, and for culture excellence in communication and innovation. The survey focuses on three components of the workplace in particular:
Engagement — An assessment of how associates feel about working at the company overall
Organizational Health — An assessment of the fundamentals of the company
Satisfaction — An assessment of the day-to-day job.
