Cambridge Named 2020 Top Workplace for 10th Consecutive Year

FAIRFIELD, IA – September 14, 2020 - Cambridge is proud to be a Top Workplace1 in Iowa for the 10th consecutive year. Sponsored by The Des Moines Register, the 2020 Top Workplaces award ranked Cambridge seventh among the large companies that employ more than 500 associates. Cambridge is one of only six organizations that have been named a Top Workplace in Iowa every year since the award’s inception in 2011.

In addition to being a Top Workplace for the 10th time, Cambridge is also Broker-Dealer of the Year2 for the 13th time based on voting by the independent financial professionals choosing Cambridge to support their efforts as they serve their clients.

1The Top Workplace in Iowa recognition is determined by associate feedback through an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, an independent research company. The survey is focused on three critical aspects of the workplace: engagement – an assessment of how associates feel about working at the company overall, organizational health – an assessment of the fundamentals of the company, and satisfaction – an assessment of the day-to-day job.
