FAIRFIELD, IA – April 4, 2021 – Cambridge is pleased to announce Peggy Haslach of The Finity Group in Portland, Oregon was named a ‘Rising Star’ as part of the 2022 InvestmentNews Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards. Haslach was one of several selections made by an eight-member InvestmentNews committee that analyzed candidates based on their ability to inspire others from diverse backgrounds to succeed in the financial services industry. Haslach was profiled in the April 4 print and digital edition of InvestmentNews magazine.

Now in its fourth year, the InvestmentNews Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards recognize individuals and firms that have made an impact on the financial services industry through innovative diversity-enhancing programs, leadership, and willingness to share experiences and contributions with their communities. The ‘Rising Star’ recognition is one of three nomination categories for individuals, and seeks to identify emerging leaders with less than 10 years of experience in the industry who have advanced the profession, particularly in the area of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Haslach, who is a member of Cambridge’s Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Advisory Council, primarily serves women, small businesses, and members of the LGBTQ community. Some of Peggy’s leadership efforts to advance diversity in our industry include:
