Greg Monaco joined Cambridge in 2024 and brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and consulting. In his role, Monaco oversees the firm’s West Coast recruiting activity, works alongside other department leaders to develop and evaluate transition packages, and partners with enterprises and branch builders to support their recruiting efforts. He joined Cambridge after more than 10 years with Commonwealth Financial Network and Integrated Equity Management. Monaco graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration and holds the FINRA Series 6, 7, and 65 licenses.
