Through December 31, 2024, Cambridge financial professionals are eligible for a special promotional four percent referral reward. A credit of two percent of the referral's anticipated annual revenue will be applied to the producing financial professional's compensation statement after the referral's FINRA join date. After the referral has been with Cambridge for 12 months, the financial professional will receive two percent of the referral’s actual annual revenue paid in the 13^th month.

An ACH or check payment of two percent of the referral's anticipated annual revenue will be made to non-producing financial professionals and administrative staff following the referral's FINRA join date. After the referral has been with Cambridge for 12 months, the non-producing financial professional/administrative staff will receive two percent of the referral’s actual annual revenue paid in the 13th month.

Promotion Expiration: The promotional four percent referral bonus ends December 31, 2024. To qualify for the four percent promotion, leads must be submitted by December 31, 2024, and join within 12 months of the referral date. Leads submitted after December 31, 2024, will qualify for the standard one percent referral reward.

First Referrer: To receive the credit, you must be the first person to submit the referral and the referral can’t have an existing or previous relationship with Cambridge. 

Reward Cap: $50,000 maximum total reward per referral. 

The Referral Rewards Program does not apply to enterprise leaders, business leaders, or branch members designated to act in a recruiting capacity, if the referred individual joins their group. It also does not apply to a financial professional receiving an override on the referred recruit for any reason.
