Through December 31, 2025, Cambridge financial professionals are eligible for a special promotional four percent referral reward.
To qualify for the full four percent referral reward, paid in two separate installments, the referred financial professional must have a minimum of $50,000 in anticipated annual revenue paid through Cambridge, excluding fixed insurance. They must join Cambridge within 12 months of the referral date and generate at least $50,000 in actual revenue within their first 12 months at Cambridge. The referring individual must be active with Cambridge at the time of both payments, and the referral must not have an existing or prior relationship with Cambridge.
The referral is deemed valid and credited if a Cambridge Business Development Director connects with the referral or the referrer within two weeks of submission. If no connection is made within that initial two-week window, the referral will not be considered valid, and the opportunity opens for another individual to refer that person. The referral expires if no meaningful conversation occurs within nine months of the submission date, regardless of whether initial contact was made.
Referrals producing between $0 and $49,999.99 in their first year are not eligible for the Referral Rewards Program. The program is subject to change.
