About Brooke Ramos Fritz

Brooke Ramos Fritz Assistant Vice President, Client Experience Brooke Ramos Fritz joined Cambridge in 2009 and has more than 15 years of experience in financial services. In her role, she leads the firm’s Client Experience team and oversees its Voice of the Customer strategy, using client feedback and data to drive cross-functional process improvements, enhance advisor and associate workflows, and create outstanding user experiences. She also advances AI-enabled initiatives to improve firm-wide productivity and represents the CX team in executive communications and external speaking engagements. Outside of her day-to-day functions, Ramos Fritz is a member of Cambridge’s Senior Leadership Council and serves as Vice Chair on the firm’s Associate Engagement Committee. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Western Illinois University, is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Registered Corporate CoachTM (RCCTM) and holds the FINRA Series 7 license.

About David Talley

David Talley is the founder and CEO of Talley Financial. He oversees the strategic direction of the firm while also guiding his individual clients toward a more secure financial future. David began his career with one of the largest financial services companies in the country, gaining valuable insight into the corporate perspective on financial advice and exposure to various types of advisors—both good and bad. He spent the next decade immersed in learning about money and witnessing firsthand the profound impact that effective financial planning can have on people’s lives. In 2020, David founded Talley Financial to deliver his unique approach to financial advice, unfiltered and personalized.

David currently holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 investment licenses, along with life and health insurance licenses. He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional (CFP®). His practice primarily focuses on fee-based planning for small business owners. David lives in Johnson City, TN, with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hiking, reading, and traveling.
