Karl Elsass is president of Elsass Financial Group and has been helping clients navigate financial decisions since earning his first license in 1989 while attending college. He believes financial planning is about more than numbers. It's about helping people make important decisions with confidence. Karl approaches every client relationship with care, trust, and a focus on each client's unique goals. Dedicated to professional excellence, he has earned several advanced designations, including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®). He holds a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Akron.
Outside of work, Karl enjoys soccer, BMX freestyle and mountain biking, hiking, and traveling with his family. He and his wife, Michelle, have been married for more than 30 years and have adult twin sons. An active community leader, Karl is a third-generation past president of both the Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Wadsworth. He currently serves on the Wadsworth City Schools Business Advisory Council and as vice president of the Rotary Club of Wadsworth Foundation.

Mark Dudycha enjoys working with his clients to help them achieve their financial as well as personal goals in the retirement phase of their life. As Mark says, “Retirement planning is more than just a financial issue.” Mark graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He started his financial career in banking before moving into an advisory role working with individuals. Mark enjoys educating his clients and future clients on the specifics of their pension and savings accounts through workshops and through one-on-one meetings.
Mark, his wife, and their two daughters love to spend time together exploring new adventures and keeping up with their dog Pearl.
