Episode 223: Charting Success in Financial Advising

Max Kosman and Sean Schaeffer of Rosselot Financial Group

“We've put some focus on some generational wealth planning. I know a lot of clients in the firm are sometimes second and third generation clients that my grandfather worked with their grandfather and now I'm working with the grandson. So, it's cool to see that.” – Max Kosman
“I came from an upbringing that really had no idea what financial advising was or anything really with securities in the financial world. So, to me, it was important to be able to not just be an advisor, but to be able to teach people the finance world and some financial literacy.” – Sean Schaeffer
