With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff Vivacqua serves as President, Growth and Development in Cambridge’s Office of the CEO, and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Council. In his role, he focuses on building strategic opportunities centered on organic growth, acquisitions, recruiting, and relationship management, while enhancing and expanding all the resources financial professionals need to be competitive in today’s marketplace.

Vivacqua has oversight of Cambridge’s Marketing, Consulting Services, Investment Products and Research, Business Development, Client Solutions, Strategic Acquisitions, Relationship Management, and Sponsor Relationship teams. He was instrumental in the development of BridgePort Financial Solutions (“BridgePort”), a fee-only registered investment advisor (RIA) firm that supports independent advisory firms and business owners with flexible continuity and succession solutions as a subsidiary of Cambridge Investment Group (CIG). Prior to his appointment to president, Vivacqua served as Chief Marketing Officer, where he had an active role in the firm’s growth and in managing strategic opportunities for Cambridge that affect independent financial professionals.

Passionate about sharing insight with advisors and broad audiences, Vivacqua earned ThinkAdvisor’s ‘Thought Leader of the Year’ award (2024) and was named ‘Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Year’2 in the 2022 WealthManagement.com Industry Awards (“Wealthies”). He has been a member of the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation (IiO) Board of Directors since 2016, currently serving as chair. Vivacqua earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Southern Illinois University and has certificates in Personal Financial Planning and Facilitative Leadership Training programs. He also completed the Wharton School’s Chief Revenue Officer program through the University of Pennsylvania, which focuses on growth strategy, revenue and product management, strategic leadership, and related disciplines. Vivacqua holds the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 63, 66, 79, and 99 licenses as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses.
