FAIRFIELD, IA – November 20, 2024 — Cambridge is pleased to announce that two of its associates have been recognized as InvestmentNews ‘Rising Stars’ for their outstanding contributions to financial services. Morae Metcalf, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and Whitney Pacha, Director of Marketing and Communications, were selected by a seven-member independent judging panel that evaluated nominees based on role and responsibilities, key career achievements, and contributions to the industry at large.

Formerly the InvestmentNews 40 Under 40 Awards, the Rising Stars Awards recognize leaders under the age of 40 who are making a profound impact on the financial services industry. Metcalf and Pacha were featured on InvestmentNews.com and in the ‘Rising Stars’ edition of InvestmentNews Magazine published today.

Morae Metcalf is Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Cambridge, where she leads initiatives focused on talent acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement, and performance management. She has earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designations, serves as chair on Cambridge’s Associate Engagement Leadership Committee, and holds a membership with the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2023, Metcalf became one of the first associates in Cambridge history to win one of the firm’s coveted Spirit of Cambridge Awards. She holds the Series 7 license.

Whitney Pacha is a Director of Marketing and Communications at Cambridge, where she serves as the firm’s lead multimedia designer. Throughout her more than 15 years at Cambridge, Pacha’s contributions in graphic design, photography, website development, videography, and event marketing have helped the firm build brand awareness and recruit new advisors and associates. Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities, she is a co-chair of Cambridge’s Community of Women, volunteers with Make-A-Wish, and is a guest speaker for design classes at Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia.
