FAIRFIELD, IA – March 30, 2026 — Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. (“Cambridge”), a leading independent financial solutions firm, today announced the promotion of Amanda Reineke to Senior Vice President, Innovation and Experience and Erica Molina to First Vice President, Innovation and Experience. Both individuals have contributed to advancing Cambridge’s artificial intelligence and advisor experience initiatives and will help drive continued growth across the firm in their expanded positions.
Amanda Reineke to Senior Vice President, Innovation and Experience
Amanda Reineke has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Innovation and Experience. In this role, she will continue to lead Cambridge’s product management and client experience initiatives, partnering with teams across the firm to develop innovative solutions and deliver high-quality experiences for advisors and associates.
Reineke joined Cambridge in September 2000 and has held roles across several areas of the firm. She began her career in Accounting, where she helped streamline departmental processes before transitioning to the firm’s Innovation and Experience division in 2022. There, she helped integrate artificial intelligence and Voice of the Customer initiatives that elevate the advisor experience. In 2025, she assumed oversight of Cambridge’s Product Management teams.
Reineke earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Buena Vista University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 99 licenses. She has completed Cambridge’s Leadership Development Program, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds the Registered Corporate CoachTM (RCCTM) designation. She also serves as co-chair of Cambridge’s New Century, Service Excellence, and Technology Services Advisory Councils and co-sponsors the firm’s Financial Professional Engagement Committee.
Erica Molina to First Vice President, Innovation and Experience
Erica Molina has been promoted to First Vice President, Innovation and Experience. In this role, she will help lead Cambridge’s innovation initiatives, with a particular focus on advancing the firm’s development of AI and digital technology tools.
Molina has been instrumental in the firm’s adoption and implementation of AI since joining Cambridge in 2024. Last year, she and her team were major contributors to the development of Cambridge’s Agentic AI Account Opening solution and Indy, the firm’s AI-powered chat assistant. Her team's ongoing work with third-party vendors continues to drive the rollout of additional AI solutions. Molina graduated from Arizona State University with an MBA and Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU), Registered Corporate CoachTM (RCCTM), and holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 24, and 66 licenses.
