Training and Development

We invest in our associates. We have an Associate Training, Education, and Development Team dedicated to offer new educational classes every week! Our classes are designed to help you grow personally and professionally ranging from topics such as career development, financial industry, our service culture, communication techniques, and more.

Jump Start Training

In your first week at Cambridge, you will dive into our industry with ‘Jump Start’ training. You’ll learn about the history of Cambridge and get a better understanding of relevant financial concepts. No financial background needed!

Financial Industry Training (FIT)

Designed to help associates learn more about our industry, our FIT classes are fast-paced, fun, and effective. You’ll leave with a firm understanding of broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and more.
