FAIRFIELD, IA – August 25, 2023 – Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. has named Chad George as Vice President of Source, Cambridge’s holistic solution for business outsourcing needs. Under George’s leadership, Cambridge aims to enhance the one-stop Source experience through integrative outsourcing services that partner directly with financial professionals’ offices to streamline their services and drive growth in their business.

George now provides leadership for the entire Source program. George joined Cambridge in 2015 and has more than 25 years of experience working in the financial services industry. His experience and expertise have been key in expanding and refining Source offerings during his time with the firm. Previously, George served as Vice President of Business Consulting for Cambridge, where he led an advanced business consulting team that works with financial professionals to enhance fundamental business areas.

As Vice President of Source, George oversees all Source offerings including the Office Assistant program, human resources and business consulting, professional development, technology and cybersecurity services, customized marketing, website design, social media management, and more. Under the Source umbrella, he aims to empower financial professionals to pursue business growth by providing comprehensive outsourcing services that add value and allow financial professionals to focus more time on serving their clients. Current Source initiatives include a new, full-service social media management program as well as a supervisory designee program to be rolled out in 2024.
