Episode 169: Leading With Integrity

Heather Bishoff of The Bishoff Financial Group

“What has defined our business is providing that high-touch service where people know that we understand who they are.”

Heather Bishoff’s road to financial services started with a more personal than professional journey. After financial challenges led her to temporarily leave college while pursuing a triple major in the sciences, Bishoff began working at a local bank in her hometown and learned how to take control of her own wealth. Nearly 30 years later, she and her partner, Eric, lead The Bishoff Financial Group. The firm continues to grow quickly — the Bishoffs founded it in 2000 with a team of three people and now serve clients in 36 states around the country. In addition to managing her own firm, Bishoff served in the military and was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives.

In Episode 169: Leading With Integrity, our first of two special Veterans Day episodes, Heather joins Cambridge CEO Amy Webber to discuss:

  • The early factors that motivated her to pursue a career in financial services
  • Why she and her partner chose independence
  • The core values that have influenced their firm the most
  • How serving in the Army inspired her perspective on life

Tune in to this episode of Cambridge Stronger to hear more about Heather and her unique journey!
