FAIRFIELD, IA – April 19, 2018 – Cambridge is pleased to announce Ashley Dodson has been promoted to senior director of Commissions Processing and Services. In this role, she leads a team of subject matter experts focused on providing support and guidance to Cambridge’s independent financial advisors as it relates to their compensation payments.
Dodson joined Cambridge in 2008 as a supervisor on the Commissions Processing and Services Team where she played an instrumental role in supporting service requests and assisting with the implementation of automated files. Her professional experience includes leading several continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and creating efficiencies in the Accounting Department and across the firm.
Dodson successfully completed Cambridge’s Continuous Improvement Embedded Leaders program, earned the Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™) designation, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally she holds the FINRA Series 7 license.
