Cambridge Promotes Larry Casey to Vice President of Technology

Cambridge has promoted Larry Casey to Vice President of Technology. In this role, he leads the Software Development, Quality Assurance, Architecture, Scrum, and Product Management Teams, providing collaborative communication contributing to the successful implementation and delivery of business models into actionable technology strategy to drive business results for the firm.

FAIRFIELD, IA – February 25, 2021 – Cambridge has promoted Larry Casey to Vice President of Technology. In this role, he leads the Software Development, Quality Assurance, Architecture, Scrum, and Product Management Teams, providing collaborative communication contributing to the successful implementation and delivery of business models into actionable technology strategy to drive business results for the firm.

Casey joined Cambridge in 2018 and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including leadership experience in strategic planning, technology strategy, and vendor management. In his previous role as Assistant Vice President of Software Development, Casey led a team of developers who delivered high-value technology capabilities to Cambridge's independent financial professionals and their investing clients. He assisted in the development of several processes that aided with project management within the technology department and across the firm. Additionally, Casey further developed the department's operational processes and handled vendor and contractor operations.

Prior to joining Cambridge, he held leadership roles with Principal Financial Group and Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa, where he served as senior vice president of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in management information systems from Buena Vista College.
