Cambridge has promoted Brian Reid to assistant vice president of Practice Management. In this role, he will continue to lead Cambridge’s practice management efforts, focusing on the development and growth of Cambridge’s independent financial professionals within areas of production growth, marketing, and succession planning.
Reid joined Cambridge in 2009 and has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his previous role as director of the Practice Management Team, he helped develop the Synergy Exchange mentoring program and provided coaching, consulting, and networking services. Reid also played an integral role in the expansion of Real Practice Management (RPM), the firm’s in-house coaching program and serves as a sponsor of Cambridge’s New Century Council, a group of next generation Cambridge independent financial professionals who provide insight into the future of the financial services industry.
Reid is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and completed Cambridge’s Continuous Improvement Embedded Leaders program. Additionally, he is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™) and holds the FINRA Series 7 license.
