Cambridge was recognized among large companies in Iowa that employ over 500 associates, and is one of just four organizations in the state to be recognized as a Top Workplace in Iowa every year since the award’s inception.

The Top Workplace in Iowa recognition is determined by associate feedback through an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, an independent research company. The survey is focused on three critical aspects of the workplace: engagement – an assessment of how associates feel about working at the company overall; organizational health – an assessment of the fundamentals of the company; and satisfaction – an assessment of the day-to-day job.
In addition to the regional Top Workplace award, Cambridge received the inaugural 2021 Top Workplace USA award earlier this year. This award is built on the program’s 14-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across 54 markets for the regional Top Workplace awards. Cambridge was recognized in the financial services industry category, and for culture excellence in communication and innovation.
