Cambridge offers many education and training programs covering a wide range of topics. We also reach out frequently to our Rep/Advisor community to stay abreast of emerging training and educational needs. Mainstays of our regular curriculum include:
Office Solutions Workshops
Cambridge’s Office Solutions Workshop is designed primarily for new Rep/Advisors and their administrative staff. A valuable component of the overall transition process, OSWs provide hands-on training and familiarization with Cambridge’s support technologies, systems, and processes and give Rep/Advisors an opportunity to meet the Home Office staff. OSWs are conducted quarterly at the Home Office in Fairfield, Iowa. Cambridge provides up to two nights hotel stay and five meals.
Performance Solutions Workshops
Cambridge’s Performance Solution Workshops are regional events designed around product knowledge and peer networking opportunities. The goal is to enable Rep/Advisors to apply what they have learned to their client relationships immediately upon returning to their office.
Throughout your journey as an independent Rep/Advisor, it is likely you will encounter many obstacles when organizing your practice. With this in mind, Cambridge is pleased to announce the arrival of TRAIN, our new webinar series, merging two of our most successful webinar series (IFIT and Now What?) into one comprehensive offering.
Covering topics such as Technology, Resources, Advice, Investments and Networking, TRAIN is designed to help get you on the inside track to successfully building your practice. There is no cost to Cambridge Rep/Advisors for participating, and they may join in as many sessions as are of interest to them.
